# The Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2017, Article 4


In article 11(1)—
(a) for “Part 4 and Part 5” substitute “Part 4, Part 5 and Part 6”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b)—
(i) at the beginning insert “there has been no valuable consideration or”; and
(ii) omit “or the purpose of the flight”.
