  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made partly in consequence of defects in S.I. 2016/765 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nCivil Aviation\nMade 15th November 2017\nLaid before Parliament 22nd November 2017\nComing into force 14th December 2017\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 15th day of November 2017\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 60(1), (2), (3)(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (j), and (n), (4), 61(1)(a) and 101 of, and Schedule 13 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and section 2(2) of, and paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to, the European Communities Act 1972.\nHer Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, orders as follows:",
