# The Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2018, Article 4: Amendment of article 20


In article 20 (application of the Order to the Crown), in paragraph (2), after “operator of the aircraft” insert “or, in the case of a small unmanned aircraft, to be the SUA operator”.
