  "text": "In article 95 (small unmanned surveillance aircraft)—\n(a) for paragraph (1) substitute—\n“(1) The SUA operator must not cause or permit a small unmanned surveillance aircraft to be flown in any of the circumstances described in paragraph (2), and the remote pilot of a small unmanned surveillance aircraft must not fly it in any of those circumstances, except in accordance with a permission issued by the CAA.”;\n(b) in paragraph (2)(c), for “the person in charge” substitute “the SUA operator or the remote pilot”;\n(c) in paragraph (4), for “person in charge”, both times it appears, substitute “remote pilot”.",
