# The Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2021, Article 12: Amendment of the Air Navigation Order 2016


In Schedule 13 (Penalties), Part 2, Chapter 1—
(a) after the entry for article 94A(1), insert—
“
94BA(2)
Permission for unmanned aircraft flights over or near space sites
”;
(b) after the entry for article 225, insert—
“
225A(1), (3) and (6)
Notifications relating to en-route obstacles
”.
