This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 60(1), (2), (3)(b), (e), (h), (1), (n) and (q), (4), 61(1)(a) and 101 of, and Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982.
Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, orders as follows:
