# The Air Navigation (Amendment) Order 2022, Article 5: Amendment of the Air Navigation Order 2016


In article 137(2) (requirement for appropriate licence), for “paragraphs (a)(ii), (d) or (h) of Annex II”, substitute “paragraph (1)(a)(ii), (d) or (g) of Annex I”.
