The King’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
His Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Him by sections 60(1), (2), (3)(d), (f), (h) and (n) and (4), 61(1)(a) and 101(1)(a) of, and Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982 is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order as follows:
