# The Air Navigation (Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation) Order 2021, Article 45: Authorised persons

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) A Regulator may authorise a person to exercise, on behalf of the Regulator and in accordance with the terms of the authorisation, the Regulator’s powers set out in this Part.
(2) In this Part, “authorised person” means a person authorised under paragraph (1).
