# The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008, Regulation 1: Citation and Commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 1st January 2009.
