# The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations further amend the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 1994. The definition of “Technical Instructions” is amended so as to include an addendum to the 1999–2000 edition of the International Civil Aviation Organisation’s Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Goods by Air.
