Regulation 2 Amendment of Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002
The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002f1 shall be amended by substituting for the definition of “Technical Instructions” in Regulation 3(1)—
““Technical Instructions” means the 2005–2006 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, as amended by the Addendum to those Instructions dated 18th March 2005 and Addendum No. 2 dated 30th June 2005, which was approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.”
