  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002. The definition of “Technical Instructions” is amended so as to include a further addendum and corrigendum to the 2005–2006 edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation on 18th August 2005.\nThe Technical Instructions (and addenda) can be purchased from: Labeline of Midas House Chivenor Business Park Barnstaple Devon EX31 4AY; TSO Limited of PO Box 29 Norwich NR3 1GN and Freight Merchandising Services Limited of Unit 19 Ashford Industrial Estate Shield Road Ashford Middlesex TW15 1AU.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business.",
