  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations further amend the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002 (S.I. 2002/2786). The definition of “Technical Instructions” is further amended to include a reference to the Addendum and Corrigendum dated 13th June 2008 to the 2007-2008 edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.\nThe Technical Instructions can be purchased from Labeline of Midas House, Chivenor Business Park, Barnstaple, Devon EX31 4AY; TSO Limited of P.O. Box 29, Norwich NR3 1GN; or from Freight Merchandising Services Limited of Unit 19, Ashford Industrial Estate, Shield Road, Ashford, Middlesex TW15 1AU.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for these Regulations.",
