Coming into force 1st January 1999
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by articles 52(1) and 118(6) of the Air Navigation (No. 2) Order 1995 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
