  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 27th October 1993\nLaid before Parliament 8th November 1993\nComing into force 10th December 1993\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 27th day of October 1993\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
