  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 21st July 1999\nLaid before Parliament 29th July 1999\nComing into force 1st September 1999\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace the 21st day of July 1999\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by sections 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)), 61 and 102 of, and Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
