Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Fourth Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force for the purpose of article 2(24), (25), (26), (28), (29), (32), (33), (34), (35), (37) and (38) on 1st April 1989, for the purpose of article 2(44), (49), (52) and (60) on 1st January 1990, for the purpose of article 2(18) on 1st June 1989 and for all other purposes on 31st January 1989.
