# The Air Navigation (Fourth Amendment) Order 1988, Article 3: Amendment of The Air Navigation (Second Amendment) Order 1987


The Air Navigation (Second Amendment) Order 1987 shall be amended as follows:
(1) In article 2(5) for“article 30(3)(e)” there shall be substituted“article 30(3)”;
(2) Article 2(30) is hereby revoked.
