Article 10 Penalties

In article 111(4) for “liable on summary conviction in Great Britain to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale, or in Northern Ireland to a fine not exceeding £1,000” there shall be substituted “liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale”.

In article 111(5), for “liable on summary conviction in Great Britain to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale, or in Northern Ireland to a fine not exceeding £2,000” there shall be substituted “liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 4 on the standard scale”.

In article 111(6), for “liable on summary conviction in Great Britain to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or in Northern Ireland to a fine not exceeding £2,000” there shall be substituted “liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum”.
