# The Air Navigation (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 9th May 1995
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by article 29(4) of the Air Navigation Order 1989, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
