Coming into force 27th March 1997
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 42(1) and 42(2) of the Air Navigation (No. 2) Order 1995 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
