Coming into force 14th August 2000
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 5 to the Air Navigation Order 2000 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:
