Regulation 2

The Air Navigation (General) Regulations 1993^f1 shall be amended by substituting in regulation 18 for “For the purposes of article 39(1), the following airspace is hereby prescribed, that is to say ” “ For the purposes of article 47(1) of the Air Navigation Order 2000 the following airspace is hereby prescribed as North Atlantic Minimum Navigation Performance Specification Airspace, that is to say”.
