  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 23rd March 1972\nComing into Operation 1st April 1972\nThe Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Articles 9(3), 11(2) and (5), 25(2), 27(4) and 28(1) and (3) of the Air Navigation Order 1972 as applied to Jersey by the Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 1972 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
