# The Air Navigation (General) (Jersey) Regulations 1972, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 23rd March 1972
Coming into Operation 1st April 1972
The Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Articles 9(3), 11(2) and (5), 25(2), 27(4) and 28(1) and (3) of the Air Navigation Order 1972 as applied to Jersey by the Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 1972 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
