In addition to some minor and drafting amendments, the only changes are to bring performance group B public transport aeroplanes within the weight and performance requirements for performance group A aeroplanes (regulation 7) to provide weight and performance requirements for performance group F aeroplane (regulation 11) and to exclude helicopters flying under and in accordance with a police air operator’s certificate from the application of the provisions in regulations 20 and 21 (regulations 20 and 21).",
