# The Air Navigation (General) Regulations 1993, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 29th June 1993
Coming into force 19th July 1993
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of his powers under articles 9(3)(a)(iii), 11(3) and (6)(a)(iii), 28(1)(c), 29(4), 30(1), 39(1), 83 and 94(1) of the Air Navigation Order 1989, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
