  "text": "For the purposes of paragraphs 3 and 4 of Schedule 5 to the Order the prescribed requirements for an airborne collision avoidance system shall be the requirements for ACAS II equipment set out in Volume IV (Third Edition—July 2002), Chapter 4, of Annex 10 to the Chicago Convention.",
