Regulation 3 Interpretation

In these Regulations:

(a)

“the Order” means the Air Navigation Order 2005;

(b)

references to an “article” mean (unless inconsistent with the context) an article of the Order; and

(c)

other expressions used in these Regulations shall have the same respective meanings as in the Order.
