Regulation 6 Helicopters to which article 45(1) applies

Helicopters to which this regulation applies shall comply with Schedule 3.

(2)

This regulation applies to helicopters to which article 45(1) applies except any helicopter flying solely for the purpose of training persons to perform duties in helicopters.
