  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made principally to remedy defects in S.I.2005/1980 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument\nCIVIL AVIATION\nMade 6th March 2006\nComing into force 30th March 2006\nThe Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of his powers under articles 16(7)(a), 20(2), 20(4), 42(1)(c)(ii), 43(5), 44(5), 44(6), 45(1), 56(1), 57(1), 58(b), 131(1), 142(6), 143(2) and 155(1) of, and paragraphs 4 and 5(1) of Schedule 5 to, the Air Navigation Order 2005, makes the following Regulations.",
