# The Air Navigation (General) (Second Amendment) Regulations 1987, Introduction: Introductory text


CIVIL AVIATION
Made 1st December 1987
Coming into force 1st January 1988
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of his powers under articles 28(4), 29(1) and 36 of the Air Navigation Order 1985 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
