Coming into force 14th May 1999
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 5 to the Air Navigation (No. 2) Order 1995 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
