The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 60 (other than subsection (3)(r)), 61(1) and (2), 77, 101 and 102 of, and Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 1982 as extended to the Bailiwick of Guernsey by the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Guernsey) Order 1992, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:—
