Article 67 Flight Information Service Manual

A person shall not provide an aerodrome flight information service at any aerodrome unless:—

(a)

the service is provided in accordance with the standards and procedures specified in an aerodrome flight information service manual in respect of that aerodrome;

(b)

the manual is produced to the Governor within a reasonable time after a request for its production is made by the Governor;

(c)

such amendments or additions as the Governor may from time to time require have been made to the manual.
