# The Air Navigation (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2016, Article 16: Amendment to the Air Navigation (Isle of Man) Order 2015


In article 165 (exceptions from application of provisions of the Order for certain classes of aircraft) for paragraph (1) substitute—
“165. (1) This article applies to—
(a) a small balloon;
(b) a kite weighing not more than 2 kg; and
(c) a parachute including a parascending parachute.”.
