Article 20 Amendment to the Air Navigation (Isle of Man) Order 2015

In Schedule 4 (radio communication and radio navigation equipment of aircraft), in the Table in paragraph 5, for paragraph (11) of the column under “Aircraft and circumstances of flight” substitute—

“(11)

All aeroplanes powered by one or more turbine jets or turbine propeller engines and either having a maximum take-off mass of more than 5,700 kg but not exceeding 15,000 kg, or with a maximum approved passenger seating configuration of more than 19 seats, for which the individual airworthiness certificate is first issued after 1 January 2008, which are—

(a)

registered in the Isle of Man wherever they may be, or

(b)

wherever registered flying in the Isle of Man.”.
