  "text": "(1) Schedule 11 (penalties) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).\n(2) In the Table in Part 1—\n(a) omit the entry in respect of article 23(8);\n(b) omit the entry in respect of article 23(10); and\n(c) after the entry in respect of article 52(6) insert—\n“\n52A(5)\nPreservation of journey log\n”\n(3) In the Table in Part 2—\n(a) omit the entry in respect of article 23(2);\n(b) omit the entry in respect of article 23(4);\n(c) omit the entry in respect of article 23(7);\n(d) after the entry in respect of article 32(1), (2), (3) and (6) insert—\n“\n32A\nSurvival equipment to be carried\n”;\n(e) after the entry in respect of article 51 insert—\n“\n51A\nAction to be taken when refuelling with passengers on board\n”;\n(f) after the entry in respect of article 52(2) and (3) insert—\n“\n52A(2)\nOperator to ensure that a journey log is kept\n”;\n“\n52A(3)\nPilot in command to complete journey log\n”;\n(g) after the entry in respect of article 95 insert—\n“\n95A\nParachuting\n”;\n(h) after the entry in respect of article 99 insert—\n“\n99B\nOperator to provide a company operations manual\n99H\nDesignation of pilot in command\n99I\nMaintenance control manual\n99K\nRequirement for cabin crew\n99I\nUse of boom microphones\n99M\nRequirement for a minimum equipment list\n”;\n(i) after the entry in respect of article 129(7) to (10) insert—\n“\n132A(3)\nObstructing or interfering with a member of the Rescue and Fire Fighting Service\n”.\n(4) In the Table in Part 3—\n(a) after the entry in respect of article 40 insert—\n“\n51B\nRequirement for notification of accident\n57\nAerodrome operating minima in respect of commercial air transport, aerial work and large aircraft\n58\nAerodrome operating minima in respect of certain other aircraft\n”;\n(b) after the entry in respect of article 64 insert—\n“\n67A\nUse of oxygen;\n67B\nLoss of pressurisation warning\n”;\n(c) after the entry in respect of article 85 insert—\n“\n99C\nChecklists to be used\n99D\nMinimum flight altitude\n99E\nFatigue risk management programme\n99F\nOperator’s maintenance responsibilities\n99G\nOperator’s responsibilities for training\n99J\nSafeguarding of flight and voice recorder records.\n”.",
