  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 17th April 2002\nComing into force 24th April 2002\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the 17th day of April 2002\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 60(3)(d) and (h) and 102 of and Schedule 13 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982, as extended to the Bailiwick of Jersey by the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Jersey) Order 1990, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:—",
