  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000 that extended the Air Navigation (No. 2) Order 1995 to Jersey. A further modification is added to those contained in the Schedule to the 2000 Order to alter the Approach Radar Control Rating. The effect is that approach control services may be provided, with the aid of surveillance radar equipment, in an area within or outside the Channel Islands Control Zone in accordance with any agreement made by the relevant authorities in the United Kingdom or France, and Jersey.",
