For article 90 and its heading, substitute:

“Aerodromes

An aircraft shall not take off or land at any place in Jersey other than a Government aerodrome or an aerodrome licensed under this Order and in accordance with any condition subject to which the aerodrome may have been notified under article 91 or licensed under article 92 of this Order.””;

by omitting from the article substituted by paragraph 29, the words from “engaged” to the end.
