  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 17th May 2000\nComing into force 1st June 2000\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 17th day of May, 2000\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 60 (other than subsection (3)(r)), 61, 77, 101, and 102 of and Schedule 13 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982, as extended to the Bailiwick of Jersey by the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Jersey) Order 1990, and section 35 of the Airports Act 1986, as extended to the Bailiwick of Jersey by the Airports Act 1986 (Jersey) Order 2000, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
