# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 12


In article 34 (Public transport aircraft not registered in the United Kingdom—aerodrome operating minima)—
(a) in paragraph (2), for the words “the United Kingdom” substitute “Jersey”; and
(b) in paragraph (5), for the words “the United Kingdom” substitute “Jersey”.
