# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 14


In article 47 (Towing, picking up and raising of persons and articles)—
(a) in paragraphs (1) and (3), omit the words “, other than a glider,”;
(b) in paragraph (5), for the words “a congested area of a city, town or settlement” substitute “Jersey”; and
(c) in paragraph (7)—
(i) immediately before sub-paragraph (c) insert the word “or”, and
(ii) omit sub-paragraph (d) and the word “; or” immediately before it.
