In article 49 (Dropping of persons)—
(a) in paragraph (1)—
(i) for the words “United Kingdom” substitute “Jersey”; and
(ii) for the word “Authority” substitute “Committee”; and
(b) in paragraphs (4) and (5), for the word “Authority” substitute “Committee”.
