In article 76Af1 (Regulation of small aircraft), in paragraph (2) for sub-paragraphs (a) to (e) and the colon immediately before sub-paragraph (a) substitute “without the permission in writing of the Committee and subject to any conditions subject to which that permission may have been granted”.
