# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 31


In article 93—
(a) in paragraphs (1) to (4), for the word “Authority”, wherever it occurs, substitute “Committee”; and
(b) in paragraph (5), for the words “Authority or the Secretary of State” substitute “Committee”.
