# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 32


In article 94—
(a) in paragraphs (1), (3) and (6), for the word “Authority”, wherever it occurs, substitute “Committee”; and
(b) in paragraph (8), for the words “Authority or the Secretary of State” substitute “Committee”.
