# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 36


In article 98 (Aeronautical lights)—
(a) for the word “Authority”, wherever it occurs, substitute “Committee”; and
(b) in paragraph (1), for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) an aeronautical beacon within Jersey; or”.
